Our employment attorneys have written and lectured widely in the complex field of employment law. One member is a former counsel to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, a former consultant to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and a former adjunct professor of discrimination law at Boston University School of Law. Another has been elected as a fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and for many years has taught in the Trial Advocacy Workshop at Harvard Law School. A third is an active member of the Boston Bar Association's Employment Section Steering Committee. Moreover, unlike many of our peers, we represent employers as well as executives and employees.
