AVI M. LEV ELECTED SHAREHOLDER AT DAVIS MALM

Davis Malm announced that Avi M. Lev has been named a shareholder of the firm. Mr. Lev practices in the areas of Business Law, Compensation and Benefits, Litigation, Real Estate and Environmental, and Trusts and Estates. He will continue to assist clients with tax planning to meet their personal and business goals and to represent taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and other tax authorities. Mr. Lev joined the firm in 2006. He received his masters degree (LL.M) in Taxation in 2002 from Boston University, where he was class Valedictorian; and he is a 1980 graduate from the University of Oregon Law School.
