Sophie Migliazzo practices in the Business Law and the Trusts and Estates practice areas. Sophie's corporate practice consists mainly of mergers and acquisitions, representing banks in lending transactions, and assisting clients with business formation, corporate governance matters, and contract negotiations, licensing, and collaborations. Sophie's estate planning practice includes drafting wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney and trusts for a variety of family situations, including special needs planning, as well as preparing gift and estate tax returns.
