Sophie Migliazzo practices in the Business Group, the Commercial and Real Estate Finance Group, and the Trusts and Estates Group. Sophie's corporate practice consists mainly of mergers and acquisitions, representing banks in lending transactions, and assisting clients with business formation, corporate governance matters, and contract negotiations. Sophie's estate planning practice includes drafting wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney and trusts for a variety of family situations, including special needs planning, as well as preparing gift and estate tax returns.

While in law school, Sophie interned with the Hon. Nancy Gertner, United States District Court Judge for the District of Massachusetts, and with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's Enforcement Division. Between college and law school, Sophie, who is fluent in French, worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of a large law firm in Paris, France.
