Laurie Alexander-Krom practices in the Employment Law Group and the Litigation Group. Laurie advises employers, employees, and business executives in all aspects of employment-related issues and policies including hiring, FMLA leave and ADA compliance, discrimination, wage and hour, employee terminations, and severance agreements. She represents employers at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Opportunity Commission, and state and federal courts. Laurie also has extensive experience representing multistate clients from various areas including the automotive, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, construction, and real estate industries.
