Davis Malm is pleased to announce that firm president Amy Fracassini was elected to the International Lawyers Network’s (ILN) Board of Directors. Amy was inducted to the 16-member Board on June 1, 2018 at the ILN annual meeting in Toronto, Canada.

Amy has co-chaired ILN’s Real Estate Specialty Group for the past several years, where she leads the group’s initiatives, including coordinating and contributing to “Buying and Selling Real Estate: An International Guide.”

ILN’s Executive Director Alan Griffiths commented in a press release, “We’re thrilled to welcome a diverse slate of Directors onto our Board, and look forward to working with each of them to achieve the ILN’s goals.” Lindsay Griffiths, the ILN’s Director of Global Relationship Management, added, “Our new Board members have already shown the enthusiasm and passion for the Network that we’ve seen among our other Directors, and we are excited to work together to add value for all our members.”

The ILN is an association of 91 high-quality, full-service law firms with over 5,000 lawyers world-wide. The network provides clients with easily accessible legal services in 67 countries on six continents. Davis Malm has been a member firm representing Massachusetts and northern New England since 2011.
