On May 8, Davis Malm attorneys Bob Galvin and Sandy Moskowitz chaired a panel on “Hot Issues in Condominium Development” at the Spring Meeting of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts (REBA). Bob and Sandy discussed issues surrounding the formation of residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominium developments and various new and innovative approaches and techniques to maximize market value and functionality and avoid potential problems. Their program, presented twice, was attended by several hundred attendees.

REBA has over 3,000 lawyer and non-lawyer members, representing every real estate practice area and specialty. The Spring Seminar covered a wide variety of real estate topics and was presented by a select group of Massachusetts attorneys. REBA estimated over 600 members attended the Spring Seminar, which also featured almost 40 exhibitors and a keynote address by the Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, Salvatore F. DiMasi.
