On November 17, Davis Malm attorney Jim Gallagher participated in the Alumni Fall Career Forum at Suffolk University Law School. Jim a 2004 graduate of Suffolk Law School, was joined by other successful Suffolk Law graduates to discuss various career paths available to the students and to provide knowledge and offer tips on how to begin their careers. Jim also spoke to the students about his experiences in his current litigation practice and those from his prior legal experience as a judge advocate in the Marine Corps. The networking event provided an opportunity for students to meet with over 40 Suffolk alumni presently in the New England legal community.

Jim focuses his practice on business, corporate, and commercial litigation. He serves as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and instructs at the Naval Justice School, assisting active duty staff in the instruction of Marine, Navy, and Coast Guard judge advocates and enlisted legal service specialists. Jim is an active member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations and is also a staff member/advisor for Spark the Wave, an organization focused on promoting teen volunteerism.
