Davis, Malm & D’Agostine, P.C. is pleased to announce that eleven of its lawyers were selected as Massachusetts “Super Lawyers” from a poll of Massachusetts attorneys conducted by Law and Politics Magazine. This is the fourth time the poll has been conducted in Massachusetts. At the time of the selection, Davis Malm had a total of thirty-eight lawyers, eleven of whom were selected as “Super Lawyers.”

In addition, David Cogliano, Josh Grossman, and Sophie Migliazzo have been named 2007 Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars. Mr. Cogliano was selected in the Employment and Labor category, Mr. Grossman in the Business Litigation category, and Ms. Migliazzo in the Business Category. Both Mr. Grossman and Mr. Cogliano have been chosen as Rising Stars for two consecutive years.

The three attorneys are featured in the May issues of Boston Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine, along with the other recipients. Rising Stars Super Lawyers are nominated by their peers and evaluated by a blue ribbon panel. Only 2.5% of the eligible attorneys in Massachusetts are selected. To qualify, an attorney must be age 40 or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.
